I'm the owner and founder of an interior design company. Initially, we focused solely on Facebook and Instagram for our social media presence. Wanting to expand to TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu, I realised I lacked expertise in these platforms. To enhance our social media skills and learn from certified trainers, I enrolled in courses specifically for TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu. From these courses, I gained insights into tailoring content for each platform. Armed with this knowledge, we created accounts and started posting content on both platforms. Within 3 months, we saw a 20% increase in leads and sales.
