As a Financial Service Manager, I play two roles: servicing clients and grooming new associates. Though I knew the importance of social media, I struggled with branding. To adapt, I took LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok courses at FirstCom Academy. I learned to brand myself, optimise ads, analyse competitors, and use different Facebook ad formats.
The skills and knowledge acquired through these 3 courses allowed me to improve on my hiring and doubled the number of applicants interested in joining my team. Within a year, my team size increased by 50%, and my improved personal branding and persuasion skills significantly boosted overall team sales.
