I used to work as an Operations Manager in a contact center handling luxury products. The work-life imbalance motivated me to seek a career change. Concerned about maintaining my current pay level, I decided to upskill myself. I enrolled in three courses: Effective People Management, Critical Thinking Skills, and Effective Selling Skills, believing that enhancing my soft skills would compensate for my lack of experience. After completing two of the courses, I updated my resume and LinkedIn profile with the certificates. Within two weeks, I received four interview invitations. Eventually, I secured a job offer for my current role as a Senior Client Service Manager.
