Transitioning to digital marketing was initially challenging for our interior furnishing firm, which had traditionally focused on brick-and-mortar operations and conventional marketing methods. During the lockdown, I decided to learn new skills and enrolled in several courses: Google Marketing, Running Ads on Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok Essentials. These courses taught me how to enhance client profiling and improve engagement, making it easier for clients to understand our products and company, thereby increasing their willingness to work with us. Within approximately six months, sales increased by about 30%.
