I realised that managing people wasn't easy and that I needed to improve my communication skills after a few challenging experiences. To enhance my working relationships with my boss and colleagues, I enrolled in the 'Effective People Management' course. There, I learned techniques to foster better relationships, such as having lunch with my boss and colleagues to build rapport. This approach has helped us collaborate more effectively when issues arise.
