In my new role managing team issues and handling feedback, I faced the challenge of prioritising tasks with limited resources. Undertaking the 'Critical Thinking Skills for Effective Decision-Making' course equipped me with tools to assess and prioritize issues effectively while also improving my communication with the team. Consequently, I now approach feedback systematically, achieving quicker resolutions, and my enhanced people management skills have contributed to improved team morale and productivity.
