My passion for photography was initially sparked by friends, but I struggled to capture quality images as they lacked the expertise to teach me. Upon encountering a roadshow at my station, I decided to enroll in the 'How To Take Impactful Photos Using A Smartphone' course. With my newfound skills, I started posting appealing photos on SMRT's private social media platform. The Service Excellence department noticed my work and requested to use them for their projects, to which I gladly agreed. Consequently, I saw an improvement in my yearly KPI performance.
