I learned to enhance my communication skills and effectively use ChatGPT for brainstorming and refining event concepts. This shortened my workflow, allowing me to save time a lot of time which I can now use to take on 25% more projects. Additionally, ChatGPT provided more ideas for my clients, increasing positive feedback and reducing response time to inquiries.
