I had trouble conveying the correct words in the right tone to my team. There was once where one of my team member's workload was imbalanced and I used the skills I learnt from the Critical Thinking and Effective People Management courses to share the workload with the other team member. The Director noticed a positive change in my behaviour and promoted me to Senior Executive. We also had a talk that his reason for hiring me was to train me to be a Manager to oversee the department.
