As a Service Coordinator, I manage a team of engineers to deliver our services efficiently. Initially, I struggled with improving team cohesion and managing my team members effectively. To upskill and learn proper management techniques, I enrolled in the 'Effective People Management' course. After completing the course, I gained a better understanding of the processes needed for effective team management. I was able to resolve conflicts, build a positive team culture, and set clear expectations and goals. As a result, overall team performance improved, and I now feel confident in guiding and supporting my team members.
