KroyaHomeSG is a new brand offering high-quality, affordable cutting boards, but customer awareness was low due to it being new to the market. To boost visibility, I turned to TikTok due to the platform's popularity and effectiveness in engaging more customers. Feeling defeated by the results of my effort on TikTok, I then enrolled in a TikTok marketing course at FirstCom Academy, which taught me the platform's fundamentals and live streaming algorithm. After applying what I learnt from the course, our TikTok followers increased, and we began making sales during live streams within three weeks.
