I wasn't confident when presenting slides to the trainees during the training sessions. The 'Effective Presentation Skills' course taught me how to conduct myself better and create more audience engagement and encourage participation. After putting this into practice for many years, I've received no complaints during the survey feedback and was even asked to be invited back to continue conducting trainings.
