I work in an interior design firm where my daily responsibilities include HR, admin, and accounts. This role involves frequent communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Recognising the need to enhance my communication skills for greater productivity, I attended the "Effective People Management" course. There, I learned effective conflict resolution techniques and how to adapt my communication style to different individuals. Applying these skills in my work, I noticed smoother communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Improving my communication skills not only enhances relationships in both personal and professional aspects but also allows me to contribute to resolving conflicts among colleagues, thereby preventing future misunderstandings and boosting overall work productivity.
